We have always been fascinated by Miami, not only Miami, but we have always wanted to come to America and make a life here. Our aspirations, values, and goals are best expressed in the saying “the American dream”.

Our story started in the Swiss Alps where we were studying the crafts of hospitality. After training in some of the best kitchens in Europe, we have honed our skills and deepened our knowledge. Through this bistro we hope to offer you the best of what we have cultivated over the years.
